Services
AVCLIMBING provides indoor and outdoor climbing coaching services. Our coaches are certified and experienced in teaching climbing techniques, safety procedures, and proper equipment usage.
Booking and Payment
All coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Waiver and Release of Liability
Climbing is an inherently dangerous activity that involves risk of injury or death. By participating in our coaching sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks and waive any claims against AVCLIMBING, our coaches, and staff for any injuries or damages that may occur.
Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by our coaches, using proper equipment, and disclosing any relevant medical conditions or limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of AVCLIMBING and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, USA.
